Description

The manual lifting basket discharging fryer is a batch-type small commercial and food processing frying machine. The whole machine is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel. Its core discharging mode is manually lifting the frying basket for oil draining and material unloading. It is divided into two main types: oil-water mixed type and pure oil type. It supports two heat sources: electric heating and LPG/natural gas heating. Single-basket, double-basket, triple-basket and four-basket specifications can be customized as required. Suitable for small-batch and multi-category flexible frying scenarios, it is the main frying equipment for snack shops, central kitchens, small and medium-sized food processing factories and workshops.
 
2. Core Structural Components
 
1. Main Frying Tank
Adopts layered oil-water mixed cavity, with high-temperature frying zone on the upper layer and low-temperature water storage zone at the bottom; residues sink into the water automatically. Drain valve and oil drain valve are installed at the bottom for convenient oil residue cleaning and oil replacement. The thickened stainless steel tank features high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

2. Lifting Frying Basket
Perforated oil-filter stainless steel basket equipped with long heat-insulated anti-scald handles. The single basket can hold 5–30 kg of materials at one time. Multi-basket models can fry different food materials separately to avoid flavor mixing. Uniform mesh holes enable fast oil draining and reduce oil content of finished products.

3. Heating & Temperature Control System
Electric heating models adopt stainless steel heating tubes, while gas models are equipped with high-efficiency burners. A digital intelligent temperature control panel allows temperature adjustment from 0°C to 300°C, with over-temperature power-off protection. The oil temperature stays constant to prevent burnt food and grease carbonization.

4. Mobile Frame & Accessories
Equipped with universal brake casters at the bottom for flexible overall shifting. Matching oil-proof flip cover, oil overflow tank and oil level observation window ensure safe and tidy operation.
 
3. Working Principle
 
1. Inject water and edible oil into the equipment, and the oil and water will separate naturally. Start heating and set the oil temperature corresponding to the food materials.

2. Load raw materials into the lifting basket and immerse the whole basket in hot oil for constant-temperature frying.

3. After frying, hold the heat-insulated handle to lift the basket manually, and suspend it above the tank to drain excess oil.

4. Pour out materials after oil draining to complete discharging. Residues in the basket can be washed down to the lower water zone for regular sewage discharge and cleaning.
